Green Thumb, the lawn treatment service, have donated 100 grass heads to be sold in the marquee at the Plant Sale on 20th/21st May. So, with the assistance of Margaret Stephenson, the children at Strathdevon school have been involved in making some. To complete, grass seed is planted in the top of the head and if looked after and watered the grass will grow to be cut and trimmed like hair. In the marquee at the Plant Sale there will be ready planted grass heads with all the googley eyes, pipe cleaners, etc, for the children to decorate their own.
